When a unit with multiple personnel departs, vehicle recovery will be done directly at the base. Subsequently, the vehicles will be transported on an appropriate trailer to a secure storage facility.
For an individual departure, we offer a personalized recovery service. For example, if you leave alone, we can retrieve your vehicle:
• At your home;
• At the airport;
• Or anywhere else you desire, according to your needs.
Storage for deployed military personnel is offered for periods of more than 1 month, with no restrictions.
Your vehicle will be stored in one of our secure and modern warehouses, designed to provide optimal protection at all times. Your vehicle will be properly maintained, protected from humidity and moisture, in a sealed environment.

If your departure occurs during the winter, your vehicle will also be thoroughly cleaned to remove any calcium buildup before storage, to prevent rust and prevent damage caused by accumulation.
Before your vehicle is returned, an inspection and basic maintenance will be carried out by professional mechanics, if the “Road-ready service” option is selected at the time of your booking.

Transportation from the airport (taxi / Uber) is available and reimbursed by the Forces (*keep your receipt*). To confirm with your claims officer, at any time.
